New homes designed to have less impact on the environment will be coming onto the market in the near future as the result of a joint initiative by BRE and Municipal Mutual Insurance Limited . Following the success of the BRE Environmental Assessment Method for new offices they have collaborated on the development of a BREEAM version for new houses to be launched in the Autumn.
