Material from the "Surveyors construction handbook" is incorporated into this new service, under the relevant subject headings. A full list of material from the handbook, in its original order, is provided in the RICS material index. The April 2005 update includes new material in the following chapters: insurance; procurement; VAT; document management; building control; supply chain management and lean construction; and capital allowances.
