Reg 3 prescribes fees payable for applicitions to tribunals, Reg 3 deals with fees for cases transferred from a court, Reg 5 prescribes a set hearing fee of £150, and Reg 7 contains provisions dealing with liability to pay fees due and Reg 8 provides for the waivering of fees.
