The dispute as to the alleged debt arises from a disagreement as to the true construction of Schedule 6 to the Agreement which contains provisions as to the Price (as defined) to be paid by Persimmon to Chartbrook, and in particular as to the element of the price labelled as the 'Additional Residential Payment'.
