Shop rental growth was unchanged and industrial rental growth remained weak. Property average prime yields were unchanged at 4.8% but may be edging outwards. Investor confidence in central London offices remained strong at 4.9%. 5 year swap rates rose 15% to a 5 year high of 5.6%. |
