Summary, etc. Finds that property rents continued rising with quarterly growth of 1.7% and 5.4% year on year. Rental growth is the highest since 2001, buoyed mainly by the City of London. Shop rental growth was unchanged and industrial rental growth remained weak. Property average prime yields were unchanged at 4.8% but may be edging outwards. Investor confidence in central London offices remained strong at 4.9%. 5 year swap rates rose 15% to a 5 year high of 5.6%.
