In terms of office space, Western European vacancy rates are set to fall to 8.1% by the end of 2006 and to 10.3% in Central Eastern Europe. In Western Europe, strongest office rental growth is expected in Dublin, London's City and West End markets, and Madrid, while falling rental growth in Central Eastern Europe has stabilised in 2006.
