Strong rental growth over the second quarter 2007 was reported by London's prime high street shopping locations, although other regions experienced subdued rental conditions. All property average prime yields remained steady at 4.8%, with office yields unchanged at 4.9% and industrial yields up to 5.5%. The five year swap rate rose to a seven year high of 6.2%.
