The maximum is increased from £40 000 to £44 000. The minimum is increased from £4 000 to £4 400. The increases were calculated by reference to the Department for Communities and Local Government's house price index. The Regulations also revoke the Home Loss Payments (Prescribed Amounts) (England) Regulations 2006.
