The listed property market signals larger declines in prime commercial property prices in 2008, although RICS believes this is overly negative. The office sector will experience the greatest rental growth, reaching between 8-9%. Caution in the retail sector will keep retail rental growth down to slightly above inflation, and industrial rents will continue to under perform.
