Summary, etc. The volume of trading in the European investment market has doubled in two years from in €36bn 2005 to €70bn in 2007. The busiest markets are German cities, Brussels, London and Paris respectively. Initial office yields are beginning to rise. Prime yields in the City of London rose 4.0% to 4.2% in the quarter. The French market is notable. In Paris and the main cities, the initial yield did not change in the third quarter. Expects a correction in line with the rest of Europe in the last quarter.
