Sets out the Department's view and vision of sustainable development. Describes the ways in which this will be promoted through policies, operations and procurement. Describes collaboration with and contributions from Executive Agencies and Non-Departmental Public Bodies in working towards these goals. Sets out the accountability mechanisms for the SDAP and for sustainable development generally.
