Total 2007 take up was over 10 million square metres, in line with the 2006 total. Reports that the CB Richard Ellis EU-27 Rent Index increased by 1.1% in Q4, but that there is considerable variation in rental growth across the region. The CB Richard Ellis EU-27 Vacancy Rate Index fell to 6.80% in Q4. Concludes that upward yield movements are no longer confined to the UK.
