Summary, etc. Comes into force 6 April 2008. Makes alterations to the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 1995 (011052506X) in respect of England. That previous order had set out procedures connected with planning appeals, appeals to the Secretary of State and matters relating to this which were not specified within the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (E1153). Permits the installation of ground source heat pumps and solar panels within specified size limits without the need for planning permission.
