Summary, etc. This technical handbook provides guidance on achieving the standards set out in the Building (Scotland) Regulations 2004. The handbooks are available in two volumes, one for domestic buildings and one for non-domestic buildings. This revised edition of the Technical Handbook came into force on 1 June 2008: although there are no technical revisions, corrections have been made in sections 1, 2, 3 and 6 to the 2007 edition.
