The approved Code is to be published by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors under the title "Service Charge Residential Management Code" (ISBN 9781842191682). Approval of the previous Code, "Service Charge Residential Management Code" (ISBN 0854066438), is withdrawn, in so far as it relates to the management of residential properties in England. See L123666 for the new Code.
