Preliminary figures suggest that Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong saw the largest reductions in investment turnover. Industrial property saw the biggest fall in terms of market segment, dropping by 95% compared with Q1 2009, whereas transactions in office property fell by 89% and retail property transactions by 40%.
