Summary, etc. The Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) is an EU measure designed to tackle climate change by reducing the amount of carbon produced by buildings. This paper contains 75 responses to the key elements of the recast. A majority of respondents supported the Government?s position. There was not a separate question on rolling out Display Energy Certificates to the commercial sector but 19 respondents took the opportunity to push for such a change.
