Summary, etc. The June CBRE Monthly Index recorded a total return of 1.2% and capital growth of 0.7%, reflecting a continued slowdown of property performance in May. Central London offices further outperformed the wider property market whilst industrial property fell back with total returns of 0.9%. The All Property equivalent yield closed to 6.9% in May. Rental fragilities and declines are evident across most sectors, Central London excepted. Short-term capital growth indicators slowed to 16.1% whereas the rental growth short-term indicator improved slightly to -2.1%.
