Summary, etc. The Scottish House Condition Survey is the only national survey of housing undertaken in Scotland. This is the sixth 'Key Findings' Report to be produced since 2003, when the survey changed to a continuous format. Prior to that date, surveys were conducted in 1991, 1996 and 2002.
