Summary, etc. This report is the final technical report and deliverable for milestone 3 for this project, which was carried out under the Department for Communities and Local Government sponsored 'Product Emission Labelling Scheme to Expedite Improvements in Indoor Air Quality' Scoping Study [CLG contract ref: CI 71/6/48 (BD2542)]. The scoping study was initiated partially in response to the guidance added to the latest edition of the Approved Document Part F, which includes an increase in ventilation rate to dilute VOC-type compounds.
