These regulations amend the Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 by permitting the data contained in Energy Performance Cerficates, Display Energy Certificates and Air-Conditioning Inspection Reports to be made publicly available subject to certain conditions.
