520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. This RICS Contract in Use Survey - the 11th we have undertaken - is the single most authoritative survey of construction contracts used in the UK market. However, publishing the results of a survey taken during relative boom years of 2007 during a recession makes interesting reading: it tells us what was happening in a year in a boom period but it also fits in with the evidence of previous years' surveys and this helps point the way to a likely future.
