Summary, etc. From 22 April 2012 Energy Performance Certificates which must be lodged on the National Energy Performance Certificate Register will be publically available. Individuals will be able to look up EPCs free of charge whilst authorised organisaitons will have access to EPCS for a charge for the purpose of marketing purposes for the Green Deal which is due to be introduced later in 2012. Individuals will have the right to opt out of having their EPCs publically available.
