All data in this release and related tables now includes data from independent approved inspectors. This represents a substantial improvement to the coverage of these statistics. Because the data have been revised back to 2007 all quarterly and annual comparisons in this release are on a consistent basis. However, data from this release cannot be compared with data in previous releases
