520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. The first annual NBS national construction contracts and law survey shows that as with BIM, progress is at its best where there's collaboration. Many of the advantages that BIM brings (the requirement to collaborate, improved co-ordination, efficient working) are to do with basic good practice, mutual understanding, clear communication, information sharing and standardization and this survey underlines how significant these are to contracts and law as well. The survey was completed by members of many organisations in the industry including RICS.
