The in-use factors are designed to bridge the gap between laboratory performance and actual in-situ performance and should ensure greater consistency with the Green Deal. This is particularly useful as many of the energy saving measures will be delivered under both the ECO and the Green Deal. The consultation closes on 14 September 2012.
