Investment volumes have eased with around Euros 5.2bn of industrial and logistics property transacted in Europe during H1 2012, 24% less than in the same period of 2011. Speculative development activity continues to be scarce across Europe with developers remaining reluctant to commence new schemes without pre-lets in place.
