Investigates how European legislation relating to the regulation of electronic communications impacts on property rights. Provides an indepth commentary on the 2003 and 2017 Codes and their impact on property law. Considers factors such as code rights, Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 Part II, transport land rights, street and tidal works, overhead apparatus, compensation for property and landowners, notices, dispute resolution, planning aspects, compulsory purchase and exploratory entry, telecommunicaitons and non-domestic rates, land registration, competition law, role of OFCOM.
