General note Collection consists of two copies of the Club rules (c. 1932), and two lists of members (c. 1932 and 1950/51).

Summary, etc. The Bond Club was established in 1932, and had as its aim social intercourse between architects, surveyors and builders, and the informal discussion of matters relating to their professions. A Club lunch was held once a month (except August and September). To qualify for membership, a candidate had to be a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects, the Chartered Surveyors' Institution, the Institute of Builders, the National Federation of Building Trades' Employers or the London Master Builders' Association, and membership was by invitation of the Committee only. An Annual General Meeting was held by the Club every November.
