Summary, etc. A review of property investment schemes available to retail investors by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) has concluded that such investment is relatively small, the product literature is quite clear and that much of the risky products are sold to wealthy clients by specialist independent financial advisors. The FSA will be placing more information on its website for consumers who are considering investing in property schemes, particularly limited partnerships.
