Summary, etc. The "IPD UK monthly index" for 12 months to February 2004 shows property continuing its solid 2004 start in February with all property returns at 1.0%, up on 0.8% in January, and increasing marginally to 11.9% pa, their highest level in three years. Offices had a strong month reaching 0.8% in February, a return not seen in this sector since March 2001.
