Summary, etc. Findings from Royal Mail's Business Barometer show Northern Ireland cities and those in northern England are the most popular areas for company relocations. The fastest growing areas for new and relocated businesses in 2003 were Belfast, with 487 companies, up 4.7% on the previous year, Hull came in second, up 3.3% to 183, followed by Blackburn up 3% to 121.
