Summary, etc. A consultation has started on the proposed guidance for social landlords in England on how they should produce policies and procedures for tackling anti-social behaviour. The requirement to publish policies and procedures sits alongside the new powers for landlords introduced by the Anti-Social Behaviour Act 2003.
