The UK, France, Italy and Germany account for 70% of this amount, representing £28.3bn. DTZ said that property outsourcing now accounts for around 15% of all investment deals. Retail and the public sector have the greatest outsourcing potential, each accounting for 22% of the total, then financial services with 16% and information, communications and technology services with 11%.
