Summary, etc. Discusses the progress of the Waste and Resources Action Programme (WRAP). After a steady if unspectacular start, WRAP has set out a raft of ambitious targets for the next three years. WRAP holds the flagship position in the government strategy to boost recycling and is confident that it can directly deliver more than a million tonnes of additional recycling capacity and succeed with new programmes on household waste collection and education.
