From 4 January 2006, all buildings will require an energy performance certificate which is no more than 10 years old. "Disparate themes fit together in a Concerto" focuses on the EU Concerto programme. Concerto offers grants in the region of 5m to 15m to developers implementing financially renewalable energy solutions. Describes the Renaissance Project headed by Bracknell Forest BC with support from TV Energy which secured 11.6m in funding from Concerto.
