He wants to redefine the property business to include everybody involved in property as owners, occupiers and developers, not just the construction and development of buildings as an asset class and investment. Reports on RICS sponsored research carried out by CFI in partnership with OPD which will survey a significant number of the UK's corporate occupiers for their view on the property market and develop an annually updated tenant satisfaction model, allowing the comparison of performance in different types of landlord and property sectors over time. Concludes that landlords need to improve their offer and tenants need to be better educated at being demanding occupiers.
