Summary, etc. Price adjustment formulae calculate the increase, or decrease, in contractors' costs over any period to the nearest month using indices published in this monthly bulletin. The Bulletin contains Series 3 (1990=100) and Series 2 (1970/6=100) indices. The original Series 1 indices ceased with the December 1981 values.

Summary, etc. From January 2008, the indices are published electronically only by BCIS. Subscribers to BCIS will be able to access the service at www.bcis.co.uk using the username and password issued to you by BCIS. Alternatively RICS members will be able to use the service via the public access terminals in the RICS Library - please ask for details.
