These risks can often be relatively simple and inexpensive to mitigate in advance, whereas they are often difficult and expensive to deal with after an incident occurs.<br/><br/>This paper explores how the risk profile of buildings is evolving due to technology, the implications for property professionals and suggested next steps. This paper is for property professionals working on commercial <br/>properties globally.
