Abstract Three years after the introduction of the English Building Safety Act (BSA), the Building Safety (Wales) Bill imposes similar duties to those in England but seeks to apply them to a much wider group of building owners. Duties apply to all buildings that contain two or more residential dwellings, not just those who own or manage higher risk buildings over 18m or seven stories.
