Summary, etc. In "South Bucks DC v SOS for Environment" QBD 7 October 1991, the Inspector`s decision granting planning permission on green belt land and change of use from agricultural to residential on the grounds that the extension and change of use did not adversely effect the green belt was upheld. Dismissed South Bucks DC`s claim that there had been a breach of natural justice in that it had not seen additional representations and therefore had been denied the opportunity to comment. Appeal dismissed.
