Main issues defined as (1) Whether use of airstrip for flyingg aircraft harmful to AONB and (11) Whether the use as airstrip causes unacceptable disturbance to local residents - Inspector convinced that both AONB and local residents can be safeguarded by imposition of conditions to control unacceptable diminution of environmental quality.
