In Beaconscross Ltd v Michael John Norris and John Edwin Cullis , 7 July 1989, an application was made by the landlords for leave to appeal against an arbitrators award on a rent review . The application was dismissed on the grounds that if one expert said that a deduction from £107,000 should be a particular percentage. the arbitrator was not entitled to take a somewhat smaller percentage on a lower initial amount. |
