Part I of the article looks at suitable alternative accommodation and considers the various grounds for possession; rent arrears or breach of obligation of the tenancy, nuisance and annoyance, illegal/immoral use of premises, neglect or damage and notice to quit by the tenant. Part II looks at sub-letting with landlord`s consent, former employees, premises required for occupation by the landlord or landlord`s family, and over-charging of the sub-tenant. |
