No provision for rent review. Landlord served notice on tenant an application for a new tenancy would not be opposed. Judge fixed a new rent under 1954 Act. Landlord`s appeal that the judge failed to take into account the expense and inconvenience a tenant would be put to if obliged to relocate. Appeal dismissed.
