In Lansdown Estates Group Ltd v TNT Roadfreight (UK) Ltd , ChD 22 March 1989, it was held that the reference in the rent review provisions to a `Standard warehouse building ` was to identify a hypothetical building or building type, but enjoying the facilities` in the remainder of the premises. The actual building is therefore excluded and the remainder of the demised premises must be a reference to the actual yard. |
