The defendants failed to obtain warranty against liability for former tenant`s obligations under leases. Plaintiffs claimed damages in respect of their negligent advice. Defendants appealed against plaintiffs loss of substantial chance to obtain warranty or other protection. Appeal dismissed on grounds that a causal link between negligence and loss was more likely than not.
