520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. Colliers Erdman Lewis' Midsummer Retail Report says that retailers are returning to market towns, due to a shortage of space in large town centres & out-of-town malls and the increasing gap in rents between these centres and the market towns. The greater market data generated by loyalty cards etc also enables retailers to stock smaller stores more efficiently. Colliers also says that institutional investors are returning to the high street.
