520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. Fears that Edinburgh's growing housing market will slump have been dismissed. According to Knight Frank, on the analysis of the firm's transactions in 1999, the housing market will remain steady, and that the factors which caused the slump in the late eighties are not present. Last year prime property values grew by between by 15 and 20%, and Knight Frank believe prices are still expected to rise by up to 15% this year.
