The psychometric tests measure the following personality dimensions: persuasive, democratic, caring, data rational, change orientated, planning orientated, active and decisive. The tests reveal that surveyors only enjoy persuading people as much as other professionals, they have little interest in forward planning and a lack of attention to detail, and surveying firms tend to be less well managed.
